We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
For hygiene reasons, opened, tested, or soiled underwear cannot be returned.
For eligible returns, ORYKAS covers return shipping costs. If the item does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Please note: International shipping is not available at this time.
