Refund policy
At Orykas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we provide a clear and fair return and refund policy. Please read our policy below:
1. Return Eligibility
At Orykas, the safety, hygiene, and respect of our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
Our boxers and briefs are intimate garments designed to be worn in direct contact with the skin. For this reason, and in accordance with current hygiene regulations, we cannot accept the return or exchange of any item whose packaging has been opened, tested, or worn, even briefly.
This measure ensures that every customer receives a product that is new, clean, and never tried on, under impeccable hygiene conditions.
As our underwear is also sold in packs, opening a single item renders the entire set unsuitable for resale.
As of 22 October 2025, and following repeated misuse and abuse of our return process, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted for any items, including those sold in packs.
This decision was made to uphold our strict hygiene standards and to guarantee the integrity of every product delivered to our customers.
We therefore strongly encourage all customers to consult our detailed size guide before placing an order, to ensure that the chosen size corresponds correctly to their measurements.
Of course, this policy does not apply in cases where an error was made by our team or where a product is defective. In such cases, our team will take full responsibility for replacing or refunding your order.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using our contact form to request a return.

Our customer service team will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Return the product in secure packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Return shipping costs are covered by Orykas only in cases where the return is due to our error (for example, a defective or incorrect item). In all other cases, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Refunds
Once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one separately.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately using our contact form.
Our team will assist you in arranging either a return or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
We kindly ask all customers to carefully review their order before it is dispatched.
