We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • In its original packaging (if applicable).
  • Free of stains, odors, or any other signs of use.

Please note: We do not accept returns on any underwear that has been opened, tested, or soiled. For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order using our contact form to request a return.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
  3. Ship the product back to us. Please ensure it is packed securely to avoid any damage during return shipping.

We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items). In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return was due to a mistake on our part.


4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately through our contact form. We will assist you in processing a return or sending a replacement, depending on the situation.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned. We strongly advise checking your order carefully before use.
