How long can I wear them?
Our ultra-absorbent incontinence knickers hold the equivalent of 8 regular sanitary pads. Depending on your flow, they offer up to 12 hours of protection, day or night. For heavier leaks, we recommend changing them as soon as you begin to feel slight dampness.
What materials are the knickers made of?
Our knickers are made from 95% natural bamboo fibre and 5% elastane. This blend offers softness, breathability, and just the right amount of stretch for all-day comfort. Bamboo fibre is naturally antibacterial and especially gentle on the skin.
Which size should I choose?

Our ultra absorbent pants offer a significantly higher absorbency than the moderate-flow style. They are designed to hold the equivalent of up to 8 standard sanitary pads, whereas the moderate-flow pants are sized for light, occasional leaks. If you experience regular or heavier bladder leakage, the ultra absorbent version is the better choice for you.
