Which size should I choose?
🧼 Not sure about the size? No worries. Have a look at our size guide – we recommend choosing your usual size. If you’re between two sizes, go for the larger one to ensure optimal comfort.
📦 And if it still doesn’t fit quite right, you can return it – as long as it hasn’t been worn. (This way, we keep everything perfectly clean for everyone!)
How long can I wear them?
Our ultra-absorbent incontinence brief shorts hold the equivalent of 8 regular pads. Depending on your flow, they offer up to 12 hours of protection, day or night. For heavier leaks, we recommend changing them as soon as you start to feel damp.
Will this feel like wearing a nappy?
Not at all. We have carefully selected all our materials to provide you with maximum comfort and the feeling of wearing ordinary boxer shorts.
What materials are the briefs made of?
Our briefs are made from 95% natural bamboo fibre and 5% elastane. This blend offers softness, breathability, and just the right amount of stretch for all-day comfort. Bamboo is naturally antibacterial and gentle on sensitive skin.

Washing and use
Use: machine wash at 30 °C, air dry, and then wear them again like regular boxer briefs.
For best results and to preserve the quality of your underwear, we recommend using the ORYKAS wash bag together with our antibacterial laundry sheets.
These sheets help eliminate bacteria while maintaining the absorbency and natural softness of the bamboo fibre.
