Pleased with both the 2XL and 3XL but see very little difference between the two sizes. Wasn't sure which to try so purchased one of each. However, was a bit disappointed that there wasn't any "fly trap" opening for those times when one wanted to urinate on their own.
So much better then pads. I ordered 3 more pairs.
